BRAKE COMPATIBILITY |
- External Disk Brake (EDB)
- With most hydraulic disk brakes
- Disk brake with International Standard (IS) mount or IS adaptor.
- Brake caliper must clear 20mm slot between disk rotor and inside face of crank. Tested on Magura Marta, Bengal Helix, Shimano BR-M575, and Shimano BR-M765 hydraulic disk brakes. Will fit most hydraulic disk brakes but not guaranteed to fit mechanical disk brakes. Check brake caliper fit before riding!
- Recommended brake line lengths: 80cm (KH24, KH26, KH29); 105cm (KH36 with extended Touring handle)
|
ROTOR COMPATIBILITY |
- 160mm, 180mm or larger
- Featuring 6 bolt pattern
- International Standard (IS) mount
|
FRAME COMPATIBILITY |
- 2012 or later KH unicycles with frame disk brake mount
- Pre 2012 KH unicycles with frame disk brake mount and Nimbus D’brake mount. May require equipment modifications, such as filing the outside face of the bearing housing by 0.5-1mm (Moment hub) or 1-2mm (KH/Schlumpf hub) to prevent the disk rotor bolts from rubbing on the frame. Important: user frame modifications void the KH warranty and are at the user’s own risk.
- Other brands: 20mm wide (or narrower) bearing housings and an International Standard disk brake mount on the frame or bearing housing.
|
HUB COMPATIBILITY |
- KH Moment hub and KH/Schlumpf hub.
- Shaped to optimize shifting for KH/Schlumpf geared hubs.
- Other hubs: standard 100mm ISIS unicycle hub with 154mm or longer axle.

OTHER COMPATIBILITY |

OddWheel Info:
CRANK LENGTH: To determine the crank size, measure the distance from the centre of the axle hole to the centre of the pedal hole. The smaller the ratio of the crank length to wheel size the faster the unicycle will travel, the larger the ratio the more control the unicycle will have.
Q-FACTOR: This is the amount a crank bends outwards. Zero means it doesn’t lean outwards at all. The straighter the crank the better for speed, the wider the better for ankle clearance and greater maneuverability.
