OddWheel Unicycles is currently a very small business.  We will only use our preferred courier for all orders as it makes our day to day movements easier.  Only in special situations will OddWheel consider using the customers courier.  If you feel you are a special case then please discuss this with OddWheel before finalising your order.

If you are a customer outside of Cape Town, please read the Delivery section. Upon checkout, please fill out the Billing Address section for us to contact you with a shipping quote.

We are a niche / premium online store. Our entire website and its contents are subject to change without notice. Product availability is dependant upon stock levels and stock levels vary.

Local Pickup – Muizenberg/Westlake (Free)
Courier to Major City – Minimum Charge: R120.00
Courier to Remote Area – Minimum Charge: R200.00

OddWheel Unicycles makes use of 2 different shipping methods based on geographic locations and desired delivery time. Deliveries outside of major cities or off main routes will take longer.

All-in-all, the total lead time for delivery, from time of confirmed order, should be no longer than your chosen delivery method. To ensure there is no disruption or delay, it is imperative that you furnish accurate delivery and contact details, including your cellular telephone number and email address, at the time of checkout.

Air Freight

– Overnight (recommended for smaller parcels).
– Has a tracking number.
– Courier will send email notification of status and delivery.
– You must provide a physical address as the courier does not deliver to Post Office counters or PO Boxes.
– Please ensure someone is at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel.

Road Freight

– 3 Working days (recommended for larger parcels).
– Has a tracking number.
– Courier will send email notification of status and delivery.
– You must provide a physical address as the courier does not deliver to Post Office counters or PO Boxes.
– Please ensure someone is at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel.

PostNet Courier

– PostNet – PostNet (270 locations countrywide).
– You can track your parcels and documents online.
– Delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
– SMS notification for collection.
– Weight from 2kg – 15kg (weight or volumetric weight).
